I boil a pot of tea.
I take a handful of cranberries and blend it at high till they are all over the blender.
I pour a cup of hot water into the blender and blend it some more.
I then pour a cup out and add raspberry preserves.
Let it cool down a little and drink up for your share of antioxidants and Vitamin C.
